This guy was very rude. He was shown a commercial warehouse floor for us and asked if he could get it clean he told us yes. Charged an outrageous amount for a really lousy job. Did not get the floor clean and left streaks from his machine all over the floors but when I pointed it out he was very rude.
This owner was so rude to my aunt and when the result of his work was questioned by my husband he immediately threatened legal action. He made no efforts at explain why his equipment left terrible smears on the floor or why the end result was no different than the beginning. Why would you take a job and take someone's money knowing that the end result wasn't going to be what they were looking for.
