From the moment I walked into the facility, I felt comfortable. The front office staff was warm and welcoming. The first person I met was Adriane. She was very down to earth and HONEST. She examined my scalp, never sugar coated anything, chatted as long as I needed her to, and answered all my questions. She assured me this procedure was what I needed.
