Super nice and knowledgeable staff.
I walked in to decide to open a account here. They were not polite. I first asked for change for 100. The woman was rude and said if you don't have a account we will not give you change. I walked next store to Huntington and they greeted me so kindly. They gave me change and earned my business.
Always receive excellent and personalized service.
Over the past 18 months, the Kenosha Branch manager and her employees were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout my service as the power of attorney for my sister who suffered from Parkinson's disease. My beloved sister passed away 3 weeks ago, so I will no longer frequent the C.U. However, I will never forget the compassion they showed my sister and I, and the excellent customer service they always provided.
If you don't use your account enough they will steal money from your account. I will be withdrawing the many thousands I have and severing my business with this institution. They are thieves. I do not recommend.
