My daughter was charged $15 to replace her debit card. The problem is she didn't loose it and damage it. When she swiped it the machine said it wasn't recognizable. She is a college student with very little money and they wouldn't work with her on the fee. We have banked with them for years. Not anymore. Not your friendly hometown bank :(
