The lady that worked in the office was rude in person, in the phone she seemed to be nice. Went in person WRONG she was very rude speaking to me. Her tone and demeanor was NOT professional.
Every time I transfer a large amount of money, it goes missing and the bank can never tell me where it goes and says they can’t give it back to me. It also takes 3+ business days for anything pending to actually balance out. The place is a joke.
The mortgage process was straightforward. Warren is great at what he does here! Prob would have been 4 stars but having Warren earned them a 5!
