Had a full detail done on my truck and it turned out great. They have outstanding customer service and make sure you’re taken care of. I appreciate them taking the time and sending updates on the expected completion time. It did take longer than expected, but i didn’t mind because i knew the end result would be great and they weren’t going to rush through and give me back a product they weren’t 100% satisfied with

I took my car in for a ceramic coating- it came out gorgeous! Afterward I had a major screw-up where I washed the car too early and let water spots cover every inch of it. I brought it into Black Glass in a panic that I ruined the coating, and they were kind enough to wipe it down with a water-spot removing solution. I bought some myself for next time in case I have the same issue. I will be going back for the other car soon :-). Edit: we got the second car done.
