When our scale unexpectedly stopped working in the middle of our shipment, we contacted Scales, Sales & Service. We promptly received service, our equipment was completely repaired (within an hour). Our experience was great, and Anthony was knowledgeable, fast & friendly. 10/10 😁

Really bad customer service! The lady that answer me for questions about billings was not polite and had an attitude.

An employee from this company was blocking an exit out of a business told him if he could please move the truck so I could get by this employee proceeds to lose his stuff cussing me out telling me to get in my car or else threatening me. how unprofessional of an employee and company representor.

I called Blackford on a whim after a quick Google search when I needed an urgent visit when our scale stopped working. They came out within 2 hours of placing my phone call. Anthony was amazing and quick with his analysis. He informed that we needed a new scale and explained in detail why it was needed. He then had a manager email me a quote for a new scale they could provide for us quickly.
