Before Blackfoot arrived, my house wiring was straight chaos. Flipping a light switch felt like spinning the wheel on Wheel of Fortune, except the prize was usually: “Congratulations, you won… NOTHING!” Some outlets worked on Tuesdays. Edit: the issues were even worse than we thought, we had electrical issues again. A different contractor came out to inspect and found that que Blackfoot installed the skirting they damaged wiring in multiple locations, creating unsafe conditions and potential fire hazards: We worked with Blackfoot through Palm Harbor of Houston, and the experience was extremely frustrating. We had Blackfoot as default contractors after buying our house. We got lucky and had Britney helping us through the process. The entire home set up process was incredibly difficult (not to the fault of Blackfoot) but Britney was the most helpful and attentive person that we dealt with throughout it all. She went above and beyond to make sure everything happened in a timely manner and that we knew exactly what was going on. We worked with Blackfoot through Palm Harbor of Houston, and the experience was extremely frustrating. Their work was subpar, and their communication was even worse. Neither company took responsibility, constantly passing the blame back and forth—Palm Harbor blamed Blackfoot, and Blackfoot blamed Palm Harbor.
