Called and gave the receptionist my information and that I had a roof leak. She indicated the estimator/investigator would call me back shortly to setup a time when he can come out and look at the issue. Never heard back from them. If you do not want the work, at least call me back and say so like a professional.
Black Foot Roofing is an honest company with integrity. After roof inspection they sat down with us and and provided feedback and also allowed us to ask questions and answered until we understood "roofing language " with clarity. "Straight to the Point" honesty! Jason was a Gem! Office staff is also professional and courteous! Not only is our new roof beautiful and water tight but everyone at Blackfoot is so kind and communicative! They kept us up to date with progress and even helped us find the proper color shingles for our HOA requirements. They went above and beyond.
