Anywhere else to buy parts is a better place than those unprofessional disorganized staff that works at Barnes parts department. Argyll Motorsports is better option for BMW owners better price better costumer service. Barnes made promises that they didn't keep wasted my time and did absolutely nothing to satisfy me as a client that spent a lot of money at this location. Never again I'll buy anything from them. They lost a client today and hopefully this review will make people boycott Barnes.
I picked up a new Kawasaki KLX 300 from Barnes. The entire process couldn’t have gone better. Don, Jasmine and Luigi were great to work with. If you’re in the market for a new bike I would definitely recommend.
I called if they have the parts and they said “YES WE DO” I came no parts to be found.
Just bought a new BMW from them. Solomon and his team was great to deal with. I factory ordered a bike which was going to be delivered next year at the earliest but they swapped one of their bikes for my bike and made it work within a month. All in transparent pricing on website helps and takes away the annoyance of hidden fees and expectations. Top premium power sports dealer.
