Had descent prices on coats and mono suits
I don't have the words to describe how poor an experience I have had with the service department, but I will try. My 99 RMK had an oil leak after the preseason service here, and blew a piston on the test ride. After admitting their service department lost over 1 million dollars in 2023, the new GM agreed to make the needed repairs at their expense. This was 6 months ago, and since then I have been put off, lied to, and dismissed in general. No follow up from management at all, and it seems like the technicians run the shop. ... read more
