Michelle in admissions is not only rude and dismissive, she is lazy and ignorant. We arrived on time for our appointment and checked in with her. When notified that we had a newborn with us, she ignored me. I informed her that their policy states babies under 6 months get taken back to a clean room when we arrive so they don't catch an illness. She replied "okay" and continued to sit and stare at me. Generally have had a ton of issues with them, from long wait times, to doctors not taking concerns seriously, to not following up on test results. Spent 5 hours there the other day trying to get a covid test. They never got back to me with the results lol. At least they were polite.
I need to get tested for Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. My doctor referred me to the University of Utah. I haven't heard anything from the University of Utah, and it's been a couple of months. So I called the University of Utah, and they said they don't treat or test patients over the age of 17. So I waited a couple of months for no reason. I need treatment for Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. Worst possible experience I will never come back here again My daughter came in there was sick was misdiagnosed we had to come back a week later and was properly diagnosed was given the medication that she needed and was taken care of after that point however they were refusing to give us a doctor's note for my daughter missing school for the entire time that she was sick was only willing to give a doctor's note for 3 days and she was out of school for two weeks from a misdiagnosis from the medical center and they're refusin... read more
