Brian helped me find a very specialized part and went the extra mile to arrange it being picked up. Got me out of a tough spot!
They have a pretty good supply on things here, but the customer service is ultra sub-par.
Only place I could find the correct metric bolts I was looking for. Would recommend.
I was there today looking for oddball metric stainless bolts etc. and Brian was a great help and they have a great selection .
Same experience with the old guy behind the counter; yapping at me for looking around...but too lazy to get out from behind the counter, every answer he gives contains criticism and/or argues. There are 2 competing businesses within eyesite of this place and I usually deal with them...and will continue to do deal with either of those Fasteners businesses.
