Very tight getting bigger boat in. Rooms were clean. They do tend to be cold on arrival and dont cool off properly.complained about our room that wouldnt get under 75 in july and they brought a fan so that was unpleasant. You have to pay for ice even though its advertised free. Coo lookout point. Food at hurricanes is amazing.Bartenders are not.
Roaches in rooms per another guest in pool with us, boat changing and shower room pure mold and mildew, Melanie super nice lady but SERIOUSLY they added a day on our rental for using the facilities (The Pool) WTH no one has ever made us leave the property at check out time been coming to the keys for almost 20 yrs and usually you have to vacate the room but can use the facilities wow a hole charge again never heard such...won't ever stay here again sad that they don't care that they lose customers.
