Fantastic place to get a good exercise in. Coaches on site are very knowledgeable and actually take the time to help you understand the workout. They will also help modify the exercise plan if you are having mobility issues or are recovering from an injury. They have onsite facilities, a showroom, and an onsite physical therapist. There's also a waiting area for the kids.

BlackFin CrossFit literally changed my life! This was the first gym that made me feel like family, like I was a part of something bigger than myself. Everyone was so supportive and encouraging even though I was starting from the very bottom. I learned so much and made amazing connections with coaches and other gymgoers. The classes will absolutely challenge you and knock you on your butt - but in the best way possible! Been apart of the “fin fam” going into my 3rd year. They have always been very welcoming. Everybody is always cheering you on to do your best and try to be better. It’s fun, It’s challenging, and it’s home. Thursdays Are friend days come join us? They scale to whatever level needed. The coaches are the best and definitely made some friends.

The members have the habit of running into oncoming traffic and nearly causing accidents.
