I’ve been coming here for 4 months and I absolutely love it. The workouts combine intense cardio with heavy, technical lifts, which keeps things exciting and challenging. As a beginner, I feel very well coached and supported, even though classes include people at all levels — which is actually very inspiring. Classes are available every day at different times, and everyone can attend any class, regardless of experience. Amazing coaches, great energy, and a very welcoming community.
This place has changed my life and has given me the community I never thought I'd ever find!
Awesome CrossFit box. Very family friendly with a kid area. Great coaching. I also love the range of class times available, it makes it easier to show up in nowadays busy schedules! I highly recommend.
