Blackfin Construction recently completed construction of two houses for us in St. Joe Beach on Desoto Street. The whole process, beginning to end went smoothly. Ben has an amazing team with Tammy, Christy & Jose. Tammy supervised the build in the field and her attention to detail was superb, as if it were he own home. Communication was never a hassle and always on point. We highly recommend Blackfin and will definitely wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. My wife and I looked to buy a house on the beach for over a year. One thing we found to be consistent is that whenever our Real Estate agent showed us a house, if it was built by Blackfin, the fit and finish was always superior to others.
