Had a great visit for an orthodontist consultation. They were super informative and answered my questions with a realistic personal perspective.
Earlier this week I went for my yearly cleaning and check up at Blackfalds Smiles. It was literally like going to the spa, I had to fight to stop myself from falling asleep during my cleaning, as it was the most relaxing dental experience I have had in my 60 years of dental visits. The gentle care in the cleaning, and the honesty during the check up on what really needs to be done immediately or that can wait was such a refreshing experience. PS their front desk staff are so welcoming, helpful, and friendly.
I had a fantastic dental cleaning appointment with Alex at Blackfalds Smiles. She did an amazing job—thorough, gentle, and very professional. Alex was also super friendly and made the whole experience comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Mason was great as well. He took the time to go over my X-ray results in detail and made sure I understood everything clearly. The entire office has a welcoming atmosphere, and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
