Have had my glasses for 4 months and have replaced the nose pads 5 times. was told the manager would call me about my issues now another month with no call and yet another broken nose pad. Buyer beware they take your money and zero support for the products they sell.

My son's glasses came in no one called me for a month. They broke immediately and again no one has contacted me when I try to call phone number is unavailable. Very frustrating. I showed up 15 minutes before close and they were locking the door and refused to help me . Changed my review as the Dr did come to my home to personally drop off the glasses and apologize

Thanks to Dr. Rowland's expertise and persistence, I was rushed to a specialist less than 24 hours after seeing her. They found a large brain tumor, which will be removed surgically right away. Thank you, Dr. Rowland, for going above and beyond. I am so grateful to you and all the staff who stayed late and made sure I was seen right away while actively listening to what I was experiencing. To everyone reading this, get your eyes checked every year (I recommend going here because they're all incredible).
