The automatic sorting machine was incredibly fast with great service from the staff.
My family and I brought in our bottles last weekend and had an excellent experience! We had a trailer full and the employees were patient with us as our kids helped with the bags. They offered to let them go into the back to see how the sorting machine worked and the kids just loved it! Very cool machine and next to no wait with the advanced technology making it a breeze instead of an afternoon standing in line.

I had a great experience at this bottle depot today. The gentleman counting my bottles went above and beyond assisting me as I was by myself with a van load. He was very kind and courteous and incredibly helpful. It was very clean and I love the automated counting system they have. It was so much faster! I live in Sylvan Lake and go to the local depot for just a few bags, but would absolutely recommend Blackfalds depot for full loads
I have went here for years and has always been the best one in central alberta but a year ago I had my bottles stolen the kid was arrested at the depot and I got my money back but yesterday I went in to see the same kid in there and asked the staff if they know he stole my bottles and they said they did and had stolen from an employees father and has been arrested multiple times there but won't ban him that's enabling him to continue!! They said he comes in multiple times a month
