Jonas was fantastic. This location now has an automatic bottle sorter. My 4yr old was fascinated by it, Jonas noticed this and explained/showed him how everything worked. We were in and out quick, and treated very kindly. Thanks again!

We showed up at the Blackfalds Bottle Depot with a full truckload of bottles and cans, expecting it to take a while — but we were honestly blown away by the service. Caleb, who was helping us, was an absolute trooper. He didn’t flinch at the amount we brought in — just got straight to work with a great attitude and kept things moving efficiently. Showed up at the bottle depot with like 10 bags of bottles and didn’t realize that they closed in 5 minutes. All staff were hands-on-deck and they got us in and out efficiently!
Slowest place EVER! Be prepared to be there for 2 hours minimum. Worth driving to Lacombe rather than the painful slow staff.
