As a designer who has sent MANY happy clients Dean's way, I'm puzzled by the other reviews, but can only speak for myself. Dean worked with us on our own personal septic design and provided a great service. He was timely, communicative and very considerate to our budget and timing. I highly recommend Dean for any of your septic design needs.

Pleasant, friendly down-to-earth guy who took our $1500 and never produced a usable design. Doesn't respond to emails and phone calls for many months now. Stay away!

Didn't show up for design approval meaning installer couldn't finish installation for over a month. Didn't answer installer or my calls, texts or emails for that month. This isn't just bad communication - it's negligence.

I agree that communication may not be one of Dean's strengths. However, if you need someone in this field who can generate a design for a very difficult environment with the highest quality outcome, communication takes a back seat. Additionally, he is professional, highly skilled, thorough, kind, considerate and helpful. I would deduct slightly but not a full point for the communication challenge.

Have had Dean take a look at several septic projects for me and have found him to be very fair with his time and knowledgable about his profession.
