I am posting this review for today's visit. During today's visit, my son's braces need to be adjusted. The lady performing the work seemed not fluent in her work. It took her a long time to do it, while my son's mouth was kept open, which is very uncomfortable. She also ignored my questions (maybe too much focusing on her work?). Some work also needed to be redone after checking. Finally, my son mentioned the brace at the very back bothering him. She provided a wax box. However, it was hard for my son to put it on.
