I was a patient at this office and have experienced ongoing issues with communication and follow-up after completing my treatment. I am so glad I was referred to Blacker, they have been wonderful with all treatments. Appts are always on time, easy checkin and confirmations, explanations of phases and next steps, when there is an emergency fix we get communication promptly and seen. The office always have fun activities, and cool tokens the patients earn to use for rewards. Everyone is pleasant and it's been such a great experience for my daughter.
They offer flexible payment plans, knowledgeable, experienced staff, convenient scheduling options, including emergency visits. My kids’ braces are about to be removed and the whole experience was positive.
