Julie was wonderful to work with. Ordered tracks for me, super easy process! Always answered the phone directly no computers no waiting. She even called after delivery to make sure everything was correct and delivery was ok! That’s the customer service that you don’t seem to find anymore. Tracks are great. Customer service is even better. There was an error regarding which style of tracks I received and customer service did an excellent job getting me a replacement.
Needed replacement tracks for a Kubota SVL and fast. Ordering online was easy and I called to make sure they would arrive in time, Julie was top notch customer service on the phone. My new go to for tracks!
