I did a whole house renovation that lasted, room by room, over the course of an entire year. Blackdog Builders provided me with top notch workmanship at reasonable and transparent cost every step of the way. They always let me know what each step would cost, and tracked the work to the budget to avoid overruns. We paid $12,000 for a new deck through Black Dog back in 2019, even paying an extra $3K for a slope so that it would not pool water. Today, the work and deck looks terrible (see photos) and pools way too much. We tried to get Black Dog to remedy over a year ago and they just pointed fingers at the sub-contractor they hired and have done absolutely nothing for us.
