18 months before I could move in as flooring had to be replaced as there was mold under flooring and crawl space. Closed at 12 months due to bank pressure. Builder received all his money and just left job with work yet to be finished and no walk thru. Master bath incomplete. Sink and tub improperly installed. Extra caulking to fill gaps now cracking. 9 months in on a cookie cutter home and can’t get a response back and still not close to being done at this rate. Fully custom homes have started at or during our construction and are now occupied. Well been 14 months and the GC is missing again.
Water leaking slowly in my living room. Water sitting under my house. Nothing has been fixed. They just wants to paint over the water stain n not found out where the problem coming from. Don't waste your money with these people you will be disappointed.
