We had a great experience staying at the Aspens! The company was great about answering my questions before I made the booking and advising us how to handle parking, our cargo top box and our 6 mountain bikes. When we first checked in, the toilets were not cleaned. I sent pictures to them as feedback and they offered to bring someone immediately, but since I already cleaned it, they gave me a credit, even after I said it wasn't necessary. Great stay at the Aspens with Blackcomb Peak Accommodations. Condo was spacious and clean and communications were great. Walking distance from the blackcomb gondolas and center. Definitely recommend! Bonus... You go to bed with a (partial) view on the mountains!
We didn’t have a good experience with the unit or Blackcomb peaks Accommodation. We never received the check in message which we were told we would receive a few days before check in. I left Vancouver heading to Whistler not knowing if we would be able to check in when we got there. I had to ask them to send us the check in message. When we arrived about 4:30 or so, there was someone in our unit who said he was with maintenance, so our unit wasn’t ready on time.
