Had a fantastic stay in unit 125. Beautifully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a peaceful treed view. Highly recommend this unit and this complex for ski in / ski out, valet service, pools and hot tubs.
Strict policies are one thing—keeping two payments for the same stay is another I missed the cancellation window by just 2 days on a high-value, peak-season booking—leaving ample time for the unit to be re-booked. I reached out immediately to request a reasonable solution, whether that be a partial refund, a credit with an expiration date I could make use of, or a fair adjustment if the unit was rebooked. Exactly as advertised. Don’t even think about it, just book it. Ski in/ski out was worth every penny. Hot tubs for Apres were great. Easy walk to Lower village right around the corner from Merlin’s, or shuttles if needed. Would book again when I return.
The Aspens unit 113 is a good, clean and updated unit. Has a double pull out, a fold down couch and another small single fold out chair. Would definitely stay here again.
We had such an amazing stay at this Whistler Village property — everything was truly exceptional from start to finish. The space itself is beautifully laid out and incredibly well thought out. Every area of the home felt welcoming, comfortable, and functional. The living area was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day, while the bedrooms were quiet, comfortable, and gave us such a great night’s sleep.
