We did the 3 hour private snowmobiling with Juan and it was an exceptional experience. Juan was such a wonderful guide and the photos he took were so special! A very worthwhile adventure! (Also I left a lens cover in the green camo jacket so Juan if you’re reading this and want one feel free to grab it or anyone who finds it first haha!)

On February 5th, a group of four families attended your Snowmobile tour, which was supposed to last one hour. What we were offered at the time of payment was completely different from what we actually received. It was a complete and utter mockery, an insult to our intelligence, and as tourists, we demand an explanation and a full refund for a tour that failed to deliver on your fraudulent advertising promises.
