Blackburns Chimney Sweeps is not making accurate claims. My review is not based on actual experience with Blackburns but lack thereof. They advertise they service areas that they really don't. I set up and appointment only to find they are unwilling to drive 15 minutes to service the Marysville area even though they claim to do so on their website. Jeff Just had my Chimney Cleaned by Blackburns Chimney Sweep, They did a great job, my house was left very clean, very professional gentleman, Showed up on time, because they did a great job and I had great serivce, I will be having them back out to clean my air ducts
RecommendedThey were very thorough and explained what they were doing. They were very concerned about the health of my fireplace. They were pleasant and I appreciated them calling with arrival time. This was the first time using them and I give them five stars out of five.
The technicians showed up on time. They were professional, and explained exactly what they were looking for. Thankfully there were no problems at this point, but we were advised as to what to be aware of in the future. Their explanations were very clear and understandable.

Very professional and prompt with their service. I have never had an issue and have been using them for 4 years for our wood burning fireplace/chimney inspection/cleaning. They also do good work with gas fireplaces as well. I highly recommend them.
They were on time and did a great job. They took before and after pictures so you could see the finished work.

We have used them twice and they always did a good job. Thorough, clean, and they clearly explain everything. They go up on the roof and take pictures of the flue to make sure all is OK. Highly recommend them.
