Fantastic experience! The customer service was outstanding, friendly, welcoming, and happy to help promptly. The drive through car wash was quick, easy to use, and left my car looking spotless. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend.

I can't recommend Blackburn Wash N Go based on my experience. After using the laser wash, my vehicle sustained paint damage that a local car detailer advised was consistent with chemical exposure from a commercial car wash. The repair quote came to $600. I contacted the owner (Tristan) promptly and provided the repair quote. Unfortunately, they declined to contribute to the repair costs and only offered to refund the cost of the wash. Charges like others but not clear for sure. I prefer use others near the area, won’t go again. More details: Go to the laser wash this afternoon, after the wash, parked my car and check how was the wash. Many spots on my car like the attached 2 photos. More photos can show how was the wash. Conclusion: The automatic car wash machine at this place doesn't clean properly, leaving obvious marks; and when you use finger to clean it, you can see the dust goes off. Timer is quicker than the clock and you'll spend more time wrestling the freaking hoses than washing the car. Hate to say it but crappy car wash
