Paid with cash at the laser wash machine, fed a note in and it did not give me my change!!! Ate all my money. Not impressed and no phone number to call!
Frankly speaking, the hand wash bays are good. I have used many times throughout the years. I was a happy customer until now. Today I used the laser wash for the first time, quite disappointed with the outcome. Paid $21 for premium wash, car was not cleaned at all. The pressured water meant to clean the car underneath came all of a sudden and scared me when I was just arrived in the bay. At the end, my car was not even dried properly. I will not recommend laser wash.
Premium wash didn't even dry the car and it had suds still on the car. Put 50 in the machine, it took all my change. Had to apply for refund and seller did give it back.
