I first went to The Blackburn Specialist Centre about 5 to 6 years ago and returned here recently. The staff as then were excellent and the professional practitioner that l saw there too was excellent. The place is well run. One star is because they no longer put your claim directly through to Medicare as they have in the past. Although this is normally straight forward to do apparently they no longer have the software to be able to do this. Extremely poor customer/client service. First they can’t spell my name right after many times trying to tell them. They don’t listen to you when making appointments and cancellations. It’s so badly handle and they’re disrespectful towards u at all times. I was told to get another referral letter even though I hadn’t seen the doctor. I was threatened that they will charge me full fee. It’s simple. They just don’t care about you
