I had to put up with a lot of abuse from Amita yelling at me. I was treated like a child. She refused to listen and would forget what you told her at appointments making yourself repeating yourself. Her diagnosis was so completely wrong. The manager Lauren was no better. On one occasion she told me everything bad about me and felt like she was a bully. My first visit to Blackburn South Medical Centre was exceptional. The staff are friendly and easy to deal with - my medical record from another clinic was seamlessly transferred. Waiting time beyond my scheduled appointment was negligable. Dr. Marwaha was friendly on our first meeting; his examination was thorough and attentive; diagnosis, referral and treatment options left me feeling confident I was in good hands.
