The disabled entrance on the side of Jenner St needs immediate attention. There is a slight step which makes it extremely difficult for wheelchair access. Should be the first priority to be rectified before there is an incident!!!!
Shirley Tan misdiagnosed me!! And because of her I am permanently unwell now. Worst doctor ever! And reception staff have been there since birth,,,, and you can tell they simple hate patients and their jobs. Retire, move on and let others who really want work to be there.
I had to put up with a lot of abuse from Amita yelling at me. I was treated like a child. She refused to listen and would forget what you told her at appointments making yourself repeating yourself. Her diagnosis was so completely wrong. The manager Lauren was no better. On one occasion she told me everything bad about me and felt like she was a bully. She obviously didn't care making the experience at this clinic an absolute nightmare. She was so disrespectful,and abusive to a point of being rude. I had to walk away from th... read more
