Had surgery today and all I could think of was how great the whole team at this hospital is!! As daunting as surgery can be I felt super comfortable and at ease the whole time, Keep up the great work !
What a day…amazing (as far as surgery can go) from the beginning! From the receptionist, to the nurses, anaesthetist and surgeon….and everyone in between….thank you for your amazing care, patience and calmness. I was so impressed I am writing a Google review…which I don’t do often lol So attentive and respectful…please keep doing what you do because it makes a difference :)
Surgery went well, all the nurses and Dr were amazing. They honestly did care about you. Cannot fault the centre at all.
I was treated like an VIP due to their newly opening, but expect things to get busier later. My stay there was excellent. The first time I heard the receptionist say they want more patience ^^;;, you will be lucky to be there while they are still new.
