Mr black burn was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. He was somehow livid that I called earlier to confirm our appointment and stated "I said I'll be there around 9 that's when I'll be there" and immediately hung up. When he did arrive he began chastising me for trying to confirm our appointment, even though I wasn't even the one that had previously spoken to him in regards to it.
