Really love the service offered at Blackburn in Vicksburg, Ms. They're the BEST!! 👍 Especially the guys that does the work on the weekend.
Went in for a maintenance service. They charged for an oil change which I thought was supposed to be free and my breaks were squealing when I took my vehicle in. The man said they were good now they are squealing worse than before. Then the lady asked me to give them all 10s on their survey. Why would I do that if the service was not a 10!
Took my truck in for a battery on a Friday. They said it was good and they had cleaned the cables. Monday, Labor Day, it would not start. Dead battery. Of course they were closed. Had to get a battery at Walmart. They didn't clean the cables, there was still dust on them. They also charged a fee to use my debit card. That is not legal and they just said "everyone else does it", which has some truth to it, lots of businesses do, but that doesn't make it right. They will never get another dollar out of me.
