Worst service experience I've ever had. Our new Nissan went in for it's first service in July and it still has not been fixed. We are waiting on a part and we have called, emailed, made formal complaints and nothing happens. A truly terrible experience. Will never buy a Nissan again.
I recently bought a used car from Nissan Blackburn. Louis was very helpful and trustworthy when it came to choosing and test driving the cars. The first day that I had the car, there was a minor issue with it, and Louis along with the fellow in the service department fixed the issue immediately. Reuben in the finance department at Kia was great, also super helpful I presenting several options for finance and eventually I got a rate that was better than what my pre approval had come in at. Bought a 2nd hand car from here. Had a warranty problem and was fixed very quickly.
Absolute worse service by all means provided by Shane Darby. We have been promised that the $198.00 assessment to be waived, due to their lack of professional communication I had to pay the $198.00 on Thursday January 29th 2026. Then after Shane realised the miscommunication he took my details and promised for the refund to be processed within 2 working days.
