It's expensive to service through the company dealership. I'm sticking to the dealership to maintain the quality of the car because I would like to trust you. I paid $800 for a major service over two days. The least they could have done was keep their end of the promise to give a voucher for a car wash which btw was an offer the employee made to justify the cost of service
Booked an appointment to view a vehicle that was advertised online. Drove 1 hour only to arrive and be told that the listing was an 'old' listing and the car was not available. Absolute waste of time.
Worst service experience I've ever had. Our new Nissan went in for it's first service in July and it still has not been fixed. We are waiting on a part and we have called, emailed, made formal complaints and nothing happens. A truly terrible experience. Will never buy a Nissan again.
I recently bought a used car from Nissan Blackburn. Louis was very helpful and trustworthy when it came to choosing and test driving the cars. The first day that I had the car, there was a minor issue with it, and Louis along with the fellow in the service department fixed the issue immediately. Reuben in the finance department at Kia was great, also super helpful I presenting several options for finance and eventually I got a rate that was better than what my pre approval had come in at.
