Just bought my new Nissan xtrail last week from Nissan Blackburn* and had the BEST experience. Ayu was fantastic. So patient, no pressure, and really listened to what I needed. She explained all the features clearly and made the whole process smooth and easy. Felt like I was buying from a friend, not a salesperson. Finance managers Alex and Vincent were brilliant too helped me a lot for buying a car stress free.i highly recommend if u want best deal and top service. Thank you team.
I would advise against using this dealership for a new car purchase. I experienced ongoing technical issues with my vehicle, which were raised during the warranty period. Despite being provided with video evidence, the dealership was unable to identify the problems. They verbally promised to follow up on the next steps but failed to provide a written response. I am extremely disappointed with the management and customer service at this location.
Bought a used car here and the service was fantastic. I dealt with Theo and he was great, very responsive and provided everything I needed. Would recommend this dealership.
