My parental rights were terminated in Marshal county Aug 5,2021 .Melanie was assigned to my case through the court system to file an appeal. We won the appeal and my parental rights have been restored . I am pleased to say I have been visiting my children again an making progress in my case . She has been a blessing to me and my family . She goes out of her way to communicate everything and is very down to earth . I couldn't imagine a better lawyer to recommend in any situation .
I had always heard that Melanie Blackburn was an amazing lawyer then I made the mistake of hiring her. I hired her as my divorce attorney and that was the biggest mistake of my life. Not only was she slow and mostly unresponsive she had no backbone going up against BeBe Bridges.
