I had the worst customer service experience. They are never interested in fixing a problem with a car under warranty and every time they make excuses that they don't have time and that only oil and filter changes are done during the periodic service. Every time I've taken the car, I've taken an Uber to get there and back at my own expense, whereas Hyundai, Mercedes, etc. always provide me with a car until the car is ready.
