If you're looking for a personalized service where you feel valued as a customer, this isn't the place for you. The customer service staff are so overrun by the number of cars and customers coming in each day that communication suffers. You won't be greeted with a smile but you will just feel like a number. Advertise closing at 5.30pm on website. My daughter in law had her car serviced and was pushed to fetch her car before 4.45pm.because they will close then. Misleading close times.
Many times I have asked for my schedule service and no one gets back to me. The customer service is shocking in regards to Warranty services. Also on my last service in 2024 I asked them to look at my window black trims as they were bubbling and they said they would replace, still waiting and its 2025.
