Communication is an issue with Kia Blackburn. I booked my EV3 in for its 1st complimentary service of 3months or 3000km. I was told there would also be a recall to do a software update. I also asked for a loan car for the day and the staff member booked me in for one. When I turned up on the morning of the service I was told that they do not give out loan cars for the 1st complimentary service! Great service. Best surprise and delight elements when servicing your car. Offers ubers or loan car for the day and always returns your car washed.
If you're looking for a personalized service where you feel valued as a customer, this isn't the place for you. The customer service staff are so overrun by the number of cars and customers coming in each day that communication suffers. You won't be greeted with a smile but you will just feel like a number. If you are there for a service with no complications or extra things that need to be looked at, you'll likely have no problems but pay far too much. Advertise closing at 5.30pm on website. My daughter in law had her car serviced and was pushed to fetch her car before 4.45pm.because they will close then. Misleading close times.
