Good customer service. Mike is very friendly, good communicator and customer focused
Requested for car to be towed to Blackburn Kia after drive shaft failure. Mike Vu and his team went above and beyond to secure spare parts locally rather than waiting for them to arrive from Sydney. Also managed to squeeze in an annual service after that. Excellent communications throughout and they delivered more than expected with a reasonable price. Impeccable service and changed a very negative event to one of gratitude. Thanks again!
Good place for service. The service guy Mike was cooperative to explain everything pretty clearly and detail oriented. Just 1 thing would be really value added to the service along with the outside wash at least clean the dash and vacuum seat and carpet would create a good impression.
Great service by Mike today. It was a minor thing, but still I appreciated how quickly and efficiently it was done. The process of booking was seamless and I was updated on the progress all the way via SMS.
