Amazing service, David wang is so nice
All three occasions I’ve gone through with a service or repair, my booking was changed. Communication re ordering parts was non-existent and completely unprofessional. Hate to say it but I really feel like the way I was ignored and treated was because I’m a younger girl. Disorganised, unprofessional employees with lack of car knowledge, caused me multiple negative customer experiences. Certainly won’t be going back.
Excellent customer service, all questions and concerns are answered promptly and dealt with immediately even when the sale was completed, thank Jason
