What an absolute disgrace of a service department. Booked my car in for a service. Arrived at the time I was told to be there but had to wait 30 minutes for someone to actually acknowledge my arrival. I had booked my car in for a 90 minute service. When I spoke to the service attendant, he told me that they had overbooked and although my service would take 90 minutes, my car wouldn't be looked at for at least 3 hours.
