Rex Blackburn was great!
We are very pleased with our experience with Blackburn Insurance Services. Since we have a unique situation and we required having a business policy as well as homeowners insurance Rex and Brooke both worked on getting us adequate coverage while keeping the premiums affordable. Blackburn Insurance Services is family owned which is nice because they are eager to find solutions unlike the big companies that are only interested in selling policies not servicing clients. We appreciate the service.
Very simply put, we couldn't get calls back for basic policy changes/additions even stopping into the office. And, if you can't count on your insurance carrier to handle the easy day-to-day, how can you trust they will be there when things go wrong? Update: A quick response from the owner to discuss our negative experience earned back some stars, but too late for our business.
Rex was fantastic to work with for our business insurance. Grateful for his responsiveness and sense of urgency. Highly recommend.
Brooke went out of her way and above and beyond to help us. We are forever grateful for the extra work that she put in. Would highly recommend her for any insurance needs you may have.
