Great programming from Ken, great group of people to be around and a lot of additional activities normally scheduled at the gym such as seminars! I’ve learned a lot at this place and continue to do so after nearly two years of attending classes. My mobility, strength and cardio has increased greatly and still on a great trajectory to reach more of my goals with the help of Ken’s knowledge/guidance.
I absolutely look forward to training at the gym each week. Ken does a great job of teaching both strength and conditioning techniques. I would recommend Blackburn Fitness for all ages.
Ken is nothing less than a true pro who cares deeply about the health and wellbeing of his clients. Always creative with new techniques and exercises to get the maximum out of every athlete.
Ken is a top notch coach! Ive been working with him for over 10 years now. Id recommend anyone stop in and check out a class!
