The 1 star being given is for Nicole, not the clinic itself as Dr. Malette is amazing and so is Isabelle, the hygienist, as well as the other staff I have come across, including the staff at the front desk! I’ve had positive experiences at this clinic in the past, but my most recent visit for a cleaning with Nicole was disappointing. From the start, I was told that my teeth would probably not all be cleaned during the appointment. Great dental care. Everyone there really cares that each dental related experience is the best it can be. I suffer from anxiety and they listen and work with me.
The dental procedure was excellent and was well explained to me beforehand. This was an emergency procedure and they fit me in within 24 hours.
