I hired Corey Downs from Blackburn Construction to install a custom-made marble floor for my fireplace. The outcome was very disappointing. I gave him a photo of the floor, as assembled in the factory (the first photo), but he couldn’t figure out how to put it together. Rather than take his time, he just slapped the tiles down in a random order, which left large gaps and irregular shapes between the tiles. We have been very satisfied with Corey's work. He completed a steam shower that is so beautiful. And handicapped it just as we requested. We have had him back many times since. Corey also repaired tile that was done by another contractor. Whether a big job or small job, he always aims to please and makes sure we are satisfied and the job is completed properly. He is on our speed dial.

Corey was awesome. He did great quality work at a reasonable cost and was very up front about everything. We really felt lucky to find him since options are very limited here on the Kenai Peninsula. Highly recommended!
