We had a very unusual experience after our 2024 Pathfinder was hit. Delays due to back-ordered parts and insurance company being dilatory. Brad and his staff went above and beyond to see things thru. Hope we don't need them again, but glad to know they're here if we do. Thanks, Brad!
Amazing customer service, got my quote done in 10 minutes and was able to have my cars damage fixed in less then a week. Paint matches flawlessly, can't even tell there was damage. Will 100% use them again if needed.
I hit a deer on my way to work and was able to get my car in almost immediately to get an estimate. Everyone did a remarkable job being transparent and helpful in getting my car fixed. The whole process was super easy and friendly. Would recommend Blackburn to anyone!
So this use to be my go to collision center.. well that was until I found out how they cheaped out by forgetting to prime my bumper before painting this... how do I know they didnt sand or prime it.. the paint flaked off in chunks under it you could tell there was no prep work.. never again.. they took my insurance company the money and gave me a poorly done job
