I hit a deer on my way to work and was able to get my car in almost immediately to get an estimate. Everyone did a remarkable job being transparent and helpful in getting my car fixed. The whole process was super easy and friendly. Would recommend Blackburn to anyone!
So this use to be my go to collision center.. well that was until I found out how they cheaped out by forgetting to prime my bumper before painting this... how do I know they didnt sand or prime it.. the paint flaked off in chunks under it you could tell there was no prep work.. never again.. they took my insurance company the money and gave me a poorly done job
Great customer experience. Took my car in on Tuesday and got it back the next day. Both Kasey and Jennifer was extremely helpful. They had to replace my rear bumper. They did an excellent job of matching the paint on the bumper to the color of my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to repair your car.
Poor service, wrote date down on business card, brought in that date Told me wrong date, sublets alot of work out
