I've usually had good experiences here, however recently I've felt unheard and pushed towards an IUD when I came in to discuss heavy periods. On two separate occasions with two separate doctors, I was told the Mirena was a well-tolerated solution. I would like to thank my GP of 18 years, Dr Ann Donaghy. We have been through much together. I hope to find someone I trust as much as you. From a Clinic standpoint, despite challenging moments, every staff member has always respected and honoured me. Thank you.

The reception staff for the general clinic are incredibly unhelpful gatekeepers who obviously have no care for patients. If you can get eye contact from one of the many office staff at check in you’re doing well. Wouldn’t hurt them to remember that Patients are the reason they have a job. I could go on with many more complaints about how I was treated but will cut it short to say that after 20+ years of recommending this clinic, no more. They’ve gotten too big and lost their way.
