Have lived here since 2007 its nice and quiet.
Place is a dump!
Very poor area to live. I would not recommend living in this area. Terrible rat problem, terrible management team. Maintenance isn’t terrible, but it’s the managers that will get you. We originally did a rent to own option on our trailer, we left management alone about issue when we were renting because they didn’t seem to bother us about anything so we didn’t complain about anything, when we moved in there was a dent in the side of our trailer that was there when we moved in, also the brand new porch hadn’t been painted yet... read more
