The property owner/manager Rebecca will 100% judge you on appearance even if someone on your application meets all the proper criteria to be approved to live here and she will deny you residency and pocket the $50 per person. She denied us residency based on one of the three people on the application because of their credit which is completely wrong if the other two were okay. Be warned!
Very quiet friendly nice clean area
