I used to come here for my other pets, as well as family members that have used this clinic for their pets. But I just left and I won't be returning. They had my cat for NINE HOURS and flat out refused to provide medical care and treatment or even get an elderly cats vitals without fully sedating her. I've had her coming up on 14 years and she's never needed to be sedated. It's an expensive, EXPLOITIVE risk that shouldn't be their go to intervention. We visited Blackbob Pet Hospital when I couldn’t get into my regular vet and they were able to get me in same day! I love the separate entrance for cats, it definitely made my cat less anxious. The staff was all very friendly and the Veterinarian was really personable and did not pressure expensive treatments. I like the price transparency here and felt that the prices were fair. They also called within 24 hours to check in on my cat which was very kind of them. Highly recommend and will be returning!
