Very pleasant experience. Humans answer the phone. The wait was short, the staff was all friendly to me and my pet. Love this place and the people!
The culture,the caring & the staff set the tone. Dr. Meyer, Dr. Casey & Greyhound expert Dr. Shelley Lake for all you needs. For surgery gifted surgeon Dr. John Doyle. ( He recently did a spay & dental on my newly retired greyhound. For cats guess what? They have their own cat clinic no doggie interaction needed to not stress out our cats. Dr. Hughes & Dr. Lake share that side. Only fitting as greyhounds are cat like in so many ways. I like this place. We've been going here for 20 years between 4 pets. The staff is knowlegable and sensitive to the pets and pet owners. The groomer does an amazing job, too.
