Honestly the worst experience of my life! Unbelievable & unnecessary stress. If only there was an option to give a minus star review. Sadly my complaint and review was too long to post on here so I’ve taken a screen shot to share with everyone, so please can you take a look at my complaint via the images uploaded. Please never ever use this company! It was the Blackbird & Braunstone branch I had the poor experience with.
