Have emailed twice about appointments this week and got no response. You should take your service of self refer programs if you can’t even respond to people, I’ll be providing that feedback as well. Even if you had no appointments, I could have spent this time trying to seek another service. Really upsetting.

I have been here a few times, and I would like to thank them for the support I was given. But then your counsellor starts bringing her own traumatic stories into your sessions, and you start hearing her pain and you think to yourself. Am I the counsellor...? This is NOT good.
