Do not work with this company. I was recommended Mario through Andersen windows. He came out and gave me an estimate for our first round of windows and delivered them a few months later. However when we ordered our second room of windows, he took a 50% deposit and never gave us our windows. It’s been 3 months and he clearly does not have our windows or any money to pay us back. They replaced an exterior door and at the same time reframed, replaced stucco, paint-matched, and the actual work took only one long day. They are not simple 9 to 5. Also, they were flexible with the payment schedule when I wanted to use electronic bank transfers. The bank initially limits (for security) new account transfer to a small amount per day. We love our new door. Thanks Blackbird!
My overall recent experience with Blackbird building supply has been fantastic! They are surely a cut above the rest. A breathe of fresh air having your house worked on with a company who truly cares and prides themselves on quality work and customer satisfaction! We recently had 6 large windows installed by Blackbird They did a terrific job, no mess finished and permitted. Their staff were extremely dedicated. Would highly recommend this firm.
Blackbird is a great company to work with. I wanted to get a new front door, a Dutch door specifically, and they guided me through the entire process start to finish. Alison walked me through the various design, vendor, paint options, etc. She was super knowledgeable and quick. Anything I asked her she turned around an answer immediately.
