Unfortunately, I have not had the best experience at Redwood Medina. On April 8, 2025 I received a phone call from someone named Christopher in the Medina office stating that Four residence reported me for not picking up my dog poop. And also said that I would be charged $100 Per dog mess that I don’t clean up and that they were going to clean it this time but next time he’s going to have me come down there and clean it. talking to me as if he’s in charge of me or something. I give Redwood 5 Stars! We are very happy with our neighborhood. Our service tech Shawn does a great job keeping it well maitained. Our sales representatives are informative and truly caring. We are glad we chose Redwood.
