I put in a work order to have maintenance come and look at my garbage disposal that wasn’t working. The next day Shawn came, took a look, and determined that I needed a new disposal and came back the next day to install it. Shawn called before coming. Our tour at Redwood Medina was wonderful and the property is well kept. We enjoyed being shown around by Elisa, who was very personable, patient, and informative. She happily answered all of our questions and presented the best options for what we were looking for. My husband and I ended up choosing a different Redwood location because it was closer to his work, but our experience at Redwood Medina influenced our decision to stick with Redwood.
These ladies are nothing short of amazing! Great customer service and they went above and beyond. The manager traveled to meet me at another property and was so engaging. She cared about what I was looking for and found it. Best Redwood property ever and best team. Thank you.
